Join PLA for a lunch panel with three plaintiff-side civil rights practitioners: Annie Sloan (Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr. Civil Rights Fellow at Neufeld Scheck Brustin Hoffmann & Freudenberger); Neel Lalchandani (Partner at Brown Goldstein & Levy); and Arthur Bryant (Partner at Bailey Glasser and former Chairman of Public Justice).
Our panelists will discuss their pathways to doing civil rights litigation and highlight representative cases on matters involving wrongful incarceration, police misconduct, Title IX, and employment discrimination.
