Please join the Center on Reproductive Rights and Justice (CRRJ) for “Family Policing and Family Defense,” a critical conversation on dismantling family policing systems with Meredith Wallis, a family defense attorney from Legal Services for Prisoners with Children. As both an attorney and long-time activist, Wallis has been at the forefront of advocating for justice and equity, particularly for poor, Black, and Indigenous families who continue to face harm through family policing systems. Let’s come together to explore how we can address family policing in our communities and how lawyers can support family unity in our fight for reproductive justice.
