Attrition in BigLaw’s associate ranks is expected. But why is BigLaw’s attrition so demographically imbalanced? While BigLaw is improving balance in its partner ranks, it continues to be wildly imbalanced in its associate ranks. In fact, data suggests that the imbalance is worsening. So what’s next? Will BigLaw fold in the face of Trump’s Executive Orders? And critically, what can you do to shape the future — your future?

Join BCLT Executive Director, Wayne Stacy, in a lunch time presentation on this pressing topic on Wednesday, Feb 12. 1-2pm in Room 100.
