Event Navigation
Intended for Chief Legal Officers, General Counsel, or senior in-house attorneys responsible for antitrust strategy, M&A risk assessment, regulatory engagement, and enterprise risk management, this invite only roundtable provides an opportunity for peer-to-peer and expert advice on legal strategy for antitrust.
Investigations in the U.S. and Europe reflect a deeper rethinking of market power, exclusionary conduct, and the frameworks used to evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and platform behavior. For legal teams, this moment represents more than a regulatory pivot — it’s a fundamental shift in how competition is defined, enforced, and challenged across jurisdictions.
As agencies adopt more expansive theories of harm, revisit prior deals, and coordinate across borders, companies must prepare for enforcement that is both more aggressive and less predictable. This private, off-the-record roundtable will unpack the implications of high-profile actions like those against Meta and Google — not just to understand what happened, but to anticipate what’s next.
Participants will explore emerging enforcement strategies, risks to M&A, and how corporate legal departments are evolving their internal capabilities to navigate this era of heightened scrutiny.
