ABOUT:
“What’s Happening in Federal Court?” is the inaugural symposium of the Civil Justice Research Initiative at Berkeley Law. It will bring together leading legal scholars and social scientists from around the United States to share their research and discuss the legal process in federal courts around the country. The program will provide a venue for the speakers and participants to evaluate their findings and other recent research, as well as discuss and consider potential strategies for future research in this area.
