Reunion 2025 

Q: When & where is ARW 2025?

A: ARW 2025 is September 26 & 27 2025 and will be held at the Law School.

Q: When does registration close?

A: Registration closes on Friday, September 12. 

Q: I already paid and need to cancel. How do I get a refund?

A: If you would like to cancel your registration and request a refund, please email reunion@law.berkeley.edu no later than Friday, September 19. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Q: I need support with registration, who do I contact?

A: Please email reunion@law.berkeley.edu for registration support.

Q: I want to coordinate an experience (brunch, drinks, meetup etc) with my class. What support can the DAR team provide?

A: We love that you want to plan extra get togethers with your class on top of the reunion programming! Please reach out to reunion@law.berkeley.edu and we can provide a class list so you can more easily arrange the experience.

Q: Where can I find my digital class book?

A: You can find links to this reunion’s class books on our website at this link.

Q: Will Reunion be virtual or in-person?

A: Alumni Reunion Weekend programs will be available in-person only.

Reunion Weekend Logistic Questions:

Q: How do I check in at the event?

A: Please go to the registration tables located in the East Courtyard on Bancroft Way, just outside of Café Zeb on Friday starting at 5pm and on Saturday starting at 10:30am.

Please allow time to check in before your first program and please bring your name tag to all weekend events. If you would like to get credit for our two CLE sessions on Saturday, please bring your bar ID number.

Q: What is the recommended attire?

A: Business casual or casual attire is recommended for the All-Alumni Celebration on Friday and for Saturday’s daytime events. Business casual or semi-formal attire is recommended for those attending Class Dinners on Saturday. 

Q: What address do I use for drop offs and pickups?

A: 2745 Bancroft Way is a good address to use for rideshare and taxi pickups and drop-offs. This address will guide drivers to the Simon Hall door, which is located off of Steinhart Courtyard, and just up the sidewalk from where our registration tables will be located outside of Cafe Zeb.

Q: Where can I park?

A: When you register for Alumni Reunion Weekend, you have the opportunity to purchase reserved parking. If you purchase parking as part of your reunion registration, we will contact you directly via email a few days before reunion weekend with details of where to go and how you’ll enter the parking lot.

Street parking in the neighborhood surrounding the law school is controlled by parking restrictions, and most spots have a 2-hour limit.  If you park in the City of Berkeley, please check for posted parking restrictions. You can find more information about visitor parking here.

Q: What if I need special assistance or accommodations?

A: If you require an accommodation to fully participate in this event, please email reunion@law.berkeley.edu with as much advance notice as possible and no later than Friday, September 5 to ensure ample time for accommodation arrangements. 

Q: Are there special rates for hotel reservations?

Q: I haven’t been to Berkeley in years and would like to book a restaurant. What can you recommend?

Q: Where can I buy Berkeley Law branded merchandise?

A: Stop by the bookstore to pick up your Berkeley Law gear! Room 286, or visit them online at www.berkeleylawshop.com.
