The course will prepare students for for an antitrust practice in the digital economy, especially as it relates to intellectual property. Topics will include the IP/antitrust interface, net neutrality, search advertising, pricing strategies, platform competition, proprietary interfaces, network effects, commercial open source, new media.

Prerequisites:
None. However students will find it useful to have taken the basic IP and antitrust courses. Freshman economics is useful, but the seminar will be self contained.
