Prerequisite: Introduction to Intellectual Property or equivalent
This is a workshop course. 10-12 scholars will present works in progress in various aspects of intellectual property over the course of the semester. Students are expected to read the papers in advance of the class, to participate actively in discussion of the works, and to wirte several short papers critiquing certain of the papers discussed. Grades will be based on class participation and on the short papers.
