Certificate of Specialization in Energy and Environmental Law – for nondegree students

Berkeley Law is pleased to offer a Certificate of Specialization in Energy and Environmental Law for non-degree students. Certificate courses are part of our LL.M. Professional Track and taught by our renowned Berkeley Law Faculty.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must demonstrate experience in the field of Energy or Environmental Law.
  • Applicants must show a strong command of English as evidenced by a TOEFL of 100 or higher. If students do not have a recent TOEFL score, they may participate in an interview to determine eligibility.

Courses

Students must complete the following courses:

  • Environmental Law (3 units, June 15 – July 1)
  • International Environmental Law (1 unit, July 7-12)
  • Energy Law (2 units, July 13-22)

Schedule

Courses begin on June 15 and end on July 22.

This is a non-degree program; courses cannot be applied towards a degree program.
