David A. Carrillo, who has three degrees from Berkeley Law and leads its California Constitution Center, has been elected chair of the California Law Revision Commission. A member since 2019, he will head the agency that studies problem areas in California law and proposes reforms to the governor and legislature. It is now engaged in studies of antitrust law, environmental reforms, and the Equal Rights Amendment.
