The Supreme Court has recently emphasized “history and tradition” in constitutional interpretation. What does that emphasis imply for judges and jurisprudence? Join The Public Law & Policy Program and the Federalist Society, Berkeley Chapter, for a presentation by the Honorable Ryan D. Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
