Join thought leaders as they discuss the questions raised by the U.S. Copyright Office in its notice of inquiry regarding copyright and artificial intelligence (AI). The Copyright Office will use the record it compiles in response to the NOI to advise Congress and inform its regulatory work on AI. The initial comment deadline is October 30, and reply comments are due on November 29. To help everyone in evaluating the initial comments and developing reply comments, BCLT is bringing together thought leaders to discuss their comments and viewpoints.

The virtual roundtable discussion will be moderated by representatives from Berkeley Law. Audience members are invited to listen to the discussion, but there will be no interaction between the audience and roundtable members other than through questions submitted to the moderator.
