Seminar on Reinventing Insolvency Law in Emerging Economies

Professor Aurelio Gurrea-Martínez from Singapore Management University and Head of the Singapore Global Restructuring Initiative will share insights from his new book, “Reinventing Insolvency Law in Emerging Economies.” He will discuss the necessity of reinventing insolvency law in emerging economies, its role in promoting economic growth, and the similarities and differences in insolvency law design worldwide.

Kenneth Ayotte, the Robert L. Bridges Professor of Law, Stavros Gadinis, the George R. Johnson Professor of Law, Bruno Salama, Lecturer, and Alex Huang, the Lloyd M. Robbins JSD Fellow, will serve as commentators.
