The Berkeley Journal of International Law presents attorneys from WilmerHale’s Bay Area offices to discuss their work on international and cross-border matters. All students interested in international or cross-border work are encouraged to attend. Please RSVP here to attend and receive a lunch.

Michael Mugmon is Partner-in-Charge of WilmerHale’s San Francisco office. He maintains a wide-ranging national and international practice advising clients across many industries as they navigate complex and high-profile investigations, regulatory inquiries, litigation and other threats.
Kelsey Quigley (’17) focuses her practice on representing individuals and corporations involved in investigations, enhancing regulatory compliance, and complex litigation/controversies. She serves as co-chair of the American Bar Association of International Law Mexico Committee, an editor of the award-winning American Bar Association Section of International Law Mexico Committee Newsletter and an editor of the American Bar Association Section of International Law Mexico Year in Review. Ms. Quigley was previously the Travaux editor for BJIL.
Noah Guiney (’18) represents individuals and corporations involved in both litigation in federal court and regulatory investigations. He has particular experience with securities and antitrust litigation, as well as litigation and investigations that have an international dimension. Mr. Guiney is also committed to pro bono work. Mr. Guiney speaks Spanish and writes frequently on legal issues with a focus on Latin America. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Section of International Law Mexico Committee. In law school, Mr. Guiney was Co-Editor-in-Chief of BJIL volume 36.
