Please join us for a dynamic lunch presentation with Kelly Hunsaker, Eimeric Reig, and Saishruti Mutneja from Winston & Strawn. The talk will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM in Room 100.
Patent litigation is not limited to attorneys with a technical background. While you need someone with a technical background to be on the team, some of the top patent litigators don’t have a tech degree. This presentation will go over what it takes to be a great litigator and how to overcome the hurdles and stereotypes to become a top patent litigator.
