Join BCLT for a dynamic lunch presentation from Goodwin Procter’s San Francisco Office, Nate Hagler and Alice Thai. Nate and Alice are from Goodwin’s Tech M&A practice. During the presentation, they will guide a discussion of what it is like to work with founders in a typical sell-side M&A process, including major process points and material issues that arise in most deals.
