Join BCLT for a dynamic lunch presentation with attorneys from Baker Botts, Matt Avery and Katherine Burgess, who will be presenting on the topic of generic drug litigation. This presentation will discuss issues in patent litigation between brand-name and generic drug manufacturers. In particular, we’ll discuss the Hatch-Waxman Act, ANDA litigation, reverse-payment settlements, and other strategies used in this fiercely competitive industry. The talk will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM in Room 110.
