Join us on January 17, 2024 from 5:45 PM to 7:30 PM in Warren Room (Room 295, Law Building) for a panel about the law firm interview process consisting of attorneys and recruiters from Allen & Overy, White & Case, and Winston & Strawn.
You will get to know more about how interviews are structured, what candidates are typically evaluated on, and what types of questions are helpful to ask the hiring team during an interview. The attorneys and recruiters sitting on the panel are focused on the hiring process and will be able to provide lots of advice and tips for your interview journey.

This program is geared toward 1Ls focused on pre-OCI opportunities, and to the 2Ls and 3Ls who mentor or would like more information on these firms and their approach to associate hiring, training, and development. The program helps students understand the differences and similarities between law firms and their hiring practices by comparing them side by side.
The discussion will be followed by a reception with light refreshments in Steinhart Courtyard.
