Join the High Commissioner and the Human Rights Center in the official launch of The Berkeley Protocol on Digital Open Source Investigations, the world’s first international guidelines on how to use social media and other online content when investigating war crimes and human rights violations.
Featuring: an exclusive look at how the Protocol has been used in an ongoing investigation of the intentional blinding of Iranian protesters for the U.N. by UC Berkeley students and HRC staff.
