The Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Freshfields are excited to host the 11th Annual Berkeley Spring Forum on M&A and the Boardroom, on April 23, at Convene in San Francisco. This year’s agenda will cover AI and Data Regulation with Attorney General Rob Bonta, EU Antitrust from Guillaume Loriot, Deputy Director-General for Mergers in the Directorate-General for Competition at the European Commission, a conversation with FTC Commissioner Melissa Holyoak, as well as multi-state corporate law developments, Delaware Chancery Court rulings, and SEC priorities for 2025.
