The International Human Rights Law Clinic (IHRLC) welcomes applications from transfer students. Please keep in mind that IHRLC makes admissions decisions for the fall semester in April of the previous semester. We however will consider applications from incoming transfer students for our fall wait-list. If we can not accommodate you in the fall, we will consider you for early admission for the spring semester.
