Jesse Finfrock is an attorney on the forefront of social entrepreneurship and impact investing. His expertise includes entity structuring, governance, fund management, ESG reporting, M&A, and financing transactions. In 2024, Jesse became the first in-house counsel for Kiva Capital, an impact-first asset manager deploying institutional capital toward refugee and displaced populations around the world.
