Please join the American Constitution Society (ACS) and the Law Students of African Descent (LSAD) for an hour-long discussion focused on how the Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and Biden v. Nebraska decisions from the Supreme Court’s last term will impact students at Berkeley Law. The discussion will be moderated by Dean Chemerinsky and will feature Professor Khiara M. Bridges and Professor Ted Mermin. Students will have the opportunity to ask the panelists questions. Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP by Friday, 9/15.
