Running on Empty: Will Chevron Make it Through the Year?

Tuesday, March 19, 2024 @ 12:50 pm - 2:00 pm

In January, the Supreme Court heard oral argument in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo to decide whether to overrule, narrow, or reaffirm “Chevron deference,” one of the most consequential doctrines in administrative law and separation of powers jurisprudence. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsored by the Federalist Society.
