Reparations: Its Past, Present, and Immediate Future

Join the Berkeley Journal of Black Law & Policy for this public, in-person symposium that will gather leading legal academics and practitioners to explore California’s and the larger nation’s efforts to bring about reparations for Black Americans. It will highlight the work done through California’s Reparations Task Force and discuss the various angles through which reparations can provide remedy to Black Americans in the United States. Breakfast and lunch provided!
