Please join the American Constitution Society for a discussion on how best to use creative litigation strategies to advance causes such as reproductive justice, immigrants’ rights, and consumer justice in light of the judiciary’s rightward shift. The panel will include Shilpi Agarwal (Legal Director, ACLU NorCal), Nicolas Espíritu (Deputy Legal Director, National Immigration Law Center), and Jill Habig (President of Public Rights Project).
