[CDO] 1L Interview Skills Workshop

Interviews often cause lots of anxiety, and it’s a skill that can be improved with practice! During this program, we’ll discuss how to prepare for:
– interviews using the IRAC framework to have “persuasive conversations” with legal employers and
– traditional and behavioral questions as well as how to ask good questions.
We will also have small breakout sessions so you can practice answering common questions. This program is intended for all 1Ls, and may be particularly useful for 1Ls participating in SIP or expecting interviews in the next few weeks. A second interview workshop (with the same format) will take place on January 30 to prepare for PIPS Day and additional interviews.
