Ahimsa: Embodying nonviolence in a world of violence. A conversation with south asian animal rights activist, Priya Sawhney.

Ahimsa is an ancient principle of nonviolence found in the South Asian religions of Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Sikhism. It is inspired by the premise that all beings share the same divine spirit. And thus, to harm another is to harm oneself.
