Judge Daniel A. Bress (U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit) and Judge Trevor N. McFadden (United States District Court for the District of Columbia) discuss their paths to the bench, the differences between circuit court and district court judging, and the role of the judiciary in American society. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
