Art, Finance, and Law Symposium 2023

The 2nd annual Art, Finance, and Law Symposium will take place June 8th, 2023 from 12pm to 5:30 pm at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. This symposium aims to support all professionals and innovation enthusiasts interested in cutting-edge research at the intersection of art, finance, technology, and law. Prominent speakers from academia and practice will come together to explore various topics pertinent to the field. Through the symposium, industry experts will share advice and insights on many of the key factors in art investment – including the latest updates in legislation and case law.

  • UC Professors Pamela Samuelson and Peter Menell on IP and Copyright issues
