Protecting Oaklanders’ Privacy Interests

Working with Oakland’s Privacy Advisory Commission, Clinic students drafted a set of privacy principles to guide the City of Oakland in its collection, use, maintenance, and storage of Oaklanders’ private information. The students also drafted a set of guidance documents discussing how the principles apply in practice.
