Sarah Laubach graduated from Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall) in 2005. While at Berkeley Law, she participated in the Death Penalty Clinic and served as the articles editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment & Labor Law. After graduation, she clerked for The Honorable A. Wallace Tashima of the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Following her clerkship, Laubach practiced at the civil rights law firm Rosen, Bien & Galvan, LLP in San Francisco, litigating prisoners' rights and related class actions, and working for due process reform for juvenile offenders in California. In 2008 she returned to Berkeley Law to join the faculty in the First Year Skills Program.
