Cheryl Berg came to Berkeley Law after twelve years in private practice. As an associate and partner at Sonnenschein Nath and Rosenthal's San Francisco office, she represented large and mid-size corporate clients in complex civil litigation and appellate matters, including insurance coverage and other contract disputes, claims alleging unfair business practices, and damages disputes. She has extensive experience in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. Later in her career, she transitioned to handle transactional matters on behalf of high-tech clients, focusing primarily on software and content development and licensing deals.
