This course will cover the right to free expression, a free press, and the religion clauses, which prohibit governmental establishments of religion and guarantee the free exercise of religion. The Basic Constitutional Law will be helpful, but not required. Students who have completed a course in Constitutional Law that covers this material may not receive credit for this course.
NOTE: Law 220.9 DOES NOT fulfill the Constitutional Law requirement.
