This course is the LLM-only version of our Introductory Legal Writing course.
Students will prepare written work typical of US legal practice and receive written and oral feedback from the Instructor and TAs. Written work will include at least one substantial legal memo, prepared as a series of drafts, due before the final exam period. (There is no exam.)
