If your course has a final exam of any type (take-home or in-house), the instructor must hold a review session. The Registrar’s Office schedules review sessions on the regular meeting day of a class that falls within the review period. If your class is on a day not within the review period, the Registrar’s Office will arrange a different time during the review period.
Mandatory review sessions are designed to review material covered during the semester. Therefore, new material will not be introduced in the session. Exams from previous years are posted on the law library webpage at https://www.law.berkeley.edu/library/dynamic/exams/.
