There is one service for submitting articles to law reviews and law journals – Scholastica. The basics of using this platform are listed below.

Getting a Scholastica Account
Berkeley Law has an institutional account for this service. Faculty wishing to use this service (tenured, tenure-track, lecturers in residence) must contact the law school’s business office for access, inquiries@law.berkeley.edu. The cost of the service is charged to your faculty research budget.
The cost is $6.60 per submission per journal (as of January 26, 2026, the cost will be $7.35).
