Using ExpressO and Scholastica for Submitting Articles to Law Reviews & Journals
There are two major services for submitting articles to law reviews and law journals – ExpressO and Scholastica. The basics of using these services are listed below.

Berkeley Law has an institutional account for this service and all tenured and tenure-track faculty, as well as lecturers in residence, are able to use this account. Anyone not in these classifications must contact Marci Hoffman for more information. The Law Library maintains the authorized list of users.
The cost is $3.10 per submission per journal.
Berkeley Law does have an institutional account for this service. Faculty wishing to use this service (tenured, tenure-track, lecturers in residence) must contact the law school’s business office for access, firstname.lastname@example.org.
The cost is $6.50 per submission per journal.
California Law Review does use Scholastica, but Berkeley Law faculty can submit articles by email. Contact Maria Vidal-Manou, email@example.com.
