There are two required books:
· Yeazell, Schwartz & Carroll, Civil Procedure (11th ed. 2023) (the “Casebook”). It is important to have the 11th edition.
· Yeazell, Schwartz & Carroll, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with Selected Statutes, Cases, and Other Materials (2025) (the “Supplement”). It is important to have the 2025 edition.
To be sure you’re able to consult the Casebook and the Supplement during the essay portion of the final exam, you should be sure to purchase print copies of the required texts that you can bring with you into the exam room, rather than only electronic copies.
You can purchase the “Print Bundle,” which includes both print and digital versions of the Casebook and a print version of the Supplement.
