This seminar is designed to accommodate a range of students including those interested in U.S. state constitutional law, the constitutional law of a single foreign nation, Comparative Constitutional law, Comparative Judicial Politics, the European Union and/or the European Convention on Human Rights. Students may write either a research paper (such as a paper meeting the J.D. writing requirement) or a short paper or book review supporting a class presentation.
