This writing workshop enables students to prepare comments on important developments for inclusion in the Annual Review of Law & Technology. Admission is based on an application process. Applications must be submitted to the box outside Boalt 355 no later than May 1, 2009.
Prerequisites:
Introduction to Intellectual Property is recommended, but not essential (especially for students interested in non-IP topic areas (such as cyberlaw).
This course may satisfy the Writing Requirement.
