Thursday, November 6, 2025 @ 12:50 pm - 2:00 pm
Event Navigation
Interviewing is a skill learned through practice and strategy. Learn how to transform a “nice conversation” into a “persuasive conversation to persuade employers to hire you. We’ll introduce a persuasive framework based on what you’re learning in LRW and connect your transferable skills to the work you hope to do for these future employers.
We’ll review the most common open-ended questions lawyers ask, as well as behavioral questions, and help you prepare the questions you want to ask when an interviewer inevitably asks “What questions do you have for me?”
Whether you are brand new to interviewing, or you have interviewed for many jobs in the past, we will introduce new tools you can put into practice for your legal job search for this summer and beyond.
This program is intended for all 1L JD Students.
Lunch will be served. Please RSVP here to let us know that you plan to attend (food orders are placed 48 hours in advance and include meat and vegetarian options).
