BCLB Skills Workshop: Deal or No Deal? Navigating Due Diligence in Mergers and Acquisitions

Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for a transactional law skills workshop and Q&A on navigating due diligence in mergers and acquisitions with Weil Partner Nav Rekhi, and Associates Liam Rozanski and Hilary Wilders. The Transactional Skills Workshop Series is most beneficial for 1Ls and is reserved for current law students, faculty and staff. Registration is highly recommended. Lunch provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who register and stay for the entire program.
