This colloquium provides an interdisciplinary forum for scholarship at the intersection of law, economics, and the social sciences. Students will have the opportunity to engage with leading law and social sciences scholars from around the country to discuss cutting-edge research that applies social science concepts and methods to understand law and legally relevant behavior. Prior to each session, students will read the featured paper and prepare a critique. No specific background in the social sciences is required.
