The Death Penalty Clinic Seminar is mandatory for all students enrolled in the Death Penalty Clinic. The seminar provides the theoretical foundation and skills training for the Death Penalty Clinic. Because the seminar will include discussions of our cases, it is only open to students who concurrently enroll in the Clinic.
Criminal Procedure and Evidence are prerequisites. With permission of the instructors, they may be taken as co-requisites. Students are encouraged to take the Capital Punishment Seminar before enrolling in the Death Penalty Clinic.
This course satisfies the Professional Responsibility Requirement.
