The NIL Practicum is the client-counseling course that corresponds to the NIL Seminar. The NIL Practicum will focus on assisting student athletes from around the entire state of California with actual legal issues arising in their NIL deals. Each law student will be supervised by leading practitioners. The Practicum must be taken at the same time as the NIL Seminar. Applications must be submitted by the end of day on November 3rd. After this date admission will continue on a rolling basis. Students should expect a response within one week.

If you are selected for Seminar, you will be accepted for the Practicum.
