  • What browsers work with Webmail?

Webmail works with all Javascript-enabled browsers. Older web browsers, such as Netscape 2.02 and earlier, will not work with Webmail.

  • I am denied access whenever I try to use Webmail. When I try to log in, I receive the message “Session timed out. Please log in again.”

The browser you are using has cookies turned off and they need to be turned on.

If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy. Reduce the privacy (at least to medium). High privacy completely restricts cookies, and prevents you from using webmail. Click OK.

If you are using Netscape, go to Edit > Preferences. Click on Advanced and, under Cookies, click on “Accept all cookies”. Click OK.
