Professor Samuelson Testifies on Copyright Principles Project

Professor Pamela Samuelson
recently testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on
Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet at a hearing titled
“A Case for Consensus Building: The Copyright Principles Project.”
Led by Professor Samuelson, this project was formed in 2007 to
consider whether and what possible improvements could be made to
