Waitlists are processed on a first come, first served basis. Each semester, seats may be saved for particular groups of students. There are many factors that determine the number of saved seats in a given course including faculty request, inclusion of various cohorts of students (e.g., JD/LLM/JSD/JSP and/or 2L/3L/transfers), and past student enrollment in that course.
NOTE: Course offerings change. Classes offered this semester may not
be offered in future semesters.
