This Property Law survey course focuses on core concepts, ranging from the origins of property, the right to exclude, nuisance, easements, servitudes, zoning, takings, and forms of concurrent ownership. Beyond emphasizing mastery of the doctrine, the course extensively considers political conversations about social hierarchies, economic power, and the role of government.
