Despite Commissioner Clyburn’s strong opposition, the FCC Majority voted to repeal the 2015 net neutrality rules in December. These rules ensured ensured the internet was an open and non-discriminatory platform for democratic participation and economic innovation. Many ask: What does the future of the internet look like now? How will start-ups flourish without open
and free access to the internet? How will you use social media as a tool to
organize against injustices? What can I do?

1L Judicial Clerkship Summer Job - Judge Kathleen O'Malley (Federal Circuit; Washington, DC)
